Ordinary Disney Animated Cats? No! These Kitties are Super
Who are Disney’s SuperKitties? If you have not yet heard about these crime-fighting animated felines, you are not alone. These adorable super kittens have only been saving Kittydale on Disney Junior and Disney+ for a short time. But if you have a toddler in your life like we do, listen up. Soon phrases like “paws out, claws out” and “Mr. Puppy Paws” could become a part of your daily life. So, it might be worth learning more about these adorable kitten crimefighters soon. These four newest Disney characters captured the hearts of our little grands with their first cute and cuddly episode. So, it’s time to learn Bitzy from Sparks in a quick SuperKitties tutorial.

Who are the SuperKitties?
First of all, parents and grandparents alike love Disney’s SuperKitties wholesome storylines. While the kittens are fighting “crimes”, the issues are very tame and family-friendly (i.e. think naughty animal villains causing chaos). So, the kittens are able to right the wrongs without weapons, wrestling or fighting. The SuperKitties are a quartet of heroic kittens (two boys and two girls) so there both genders work together as a band of friendly and kind problem-solvers. The team includes: Ginny, Sparks, Buddy and Bitzy.
Disney’s SuperKitties Characters~ Buddy and Sparks
Buddy is the largest of the four kittens but not the oldest or the leader. He is based on a calico British shorthair breed but with a pink, white and baby blue color palette. When Buddy is in his orange crime fighting suit and mask, he becomes super strong. His “furball blitz bounce” ability allows him roll into a ball of fur to knock down obstructions. Buddy’s big brother, Sparks is also an integral member of the team. Sparks is smaller than Buddy and has spots, He is based on a yellow Bengal cat. Sparks is a super smart techie kitten who sports a purple suit and mask when on the job using his SuperKitty Kit that transforms into the necessary tools and gadgets to resolve conflicts all over Kittydale.

Disney’s SuperKitties ~ Ginny and Bitsy
While the girl kitties might be munchkins by breed, they both still have super big powers! Ginny an orange tabby munchkin cat is the leader of the crew of SuperKitties. Her claws are super sharp for climbing and poking objects. She sports a hot pink suit and mask, but her heart is pure gold showing kindness and empathy. And finally, the littlest of Disney’s SuperKitties is Bitzy. Her light blue Bitzy Boots make her super-fast when she helps the team solving crimes. The highlight of the show is when Bitzy vlogs on her tablet the lesson she learned during the kitties’ adventures of the day. These lessons reminding littles to above all, be kind.

Their wholesome episodes are heart capturing adventures in social interaction, kindness and empathy. What a “purr-fectly” wonderful way for those young and young at heart to learn.
